Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Luisa NC Photography for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Luisa NC Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

• Wedding and elopement photography
• Engagement and couples photography
• Family and portrait photography
• Maternity photography

All services are subject to availability and a signed photography contract prior to the event date.

Booking and Payment

To secure a booking with Luisa NC Photography:

• A signed contract and retainer deposit are required to hold your date
• Retainer deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the total package price
• Remaining balance is due prior to or on the event date, as specified in your contract
• Payment methods and installment options will be outlined in your photography contract

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be detailed in your individual photography contract. General guidelines include:

• Client-initiated cancellations forfeit the retainer deposit
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
• In the unlikely event of photographer cancellation, a full refund will be issued

Copyright and Image Usage

All photographs produced by Luisa NC Photography are protected under copyright law.

• Luisa NC Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images
• Clients receive a personal-use license for images delivered as part of their package
• Commercial use of images requires a separate written agreement
• Luisa NC Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written agreement is made otherwise

Website Use

The content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Luisa NC Photography and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Luisa NC Photography will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed. In the event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
